Introducing Casa Donizetti
This medieval house is located in Montalto, a beautiful and peaceful car-free oasis in the Argentina Valley. With dreamlike landscape, close to the sea and the French Riviera, Montalto is a perfect spot for undistrubed holiday experience.
After six months of intensive reconstruction, this former town house was transformed into a beautiful and cozy holiday house with plenty of space for a large family with children.
The ground floor features 2 beautiful bedrooms (one with en-suite bathroom), a great bathroom with rainshower and washing machine and a separate toilet.
The beautiful old slate staircase leads to the first floor with an additional bedroom with fireplace, a cozy and bright living room with king size sofa bed, large screen satellite TV with international channels and a stylish bathroom with bathtub and toilet .
The absolute highlight of Casa Donizetti is the upper floor loft with modern kitchen and spacious dining room. The loft is the heart of the home and the central meeting point for the whole family. You will find a designer kitchen with induction hob, oven, 2 fridges, sink and dishwasher. The large dining table sits 6 people. The big fireplace is at the bottom of the room with two cozy reading corners. From here you can enjoy the breathtaking panoramic view of Montalto as well as Maritime Alps in the distance. The loft has direct access to the roof terrace on the highest point of the town of Montalto.
