Perched above Sanremo and overlooking the sea, you'll find the magnificent Villa d'Artisti, the life project of painter Constantin Polastri, now open to the public.

This unique villa has three beautifully furnished apartments on two floors. Ideal for a bigger family or a group of friends who want to combine privacy with spending time together. It can also be rented for workshops or artist residences. With a unique botanic collection and many secluded spots overlooking the sea, the garden is a perfect spot for common candlelit dinners under the pergola, reading, daydreaming or practicing the art of dolce far niente.

The artist's studio, spacious and full of light, can also be rented to artists seeking inspiration in the magic of the southern light.

The Story of Villa d’ Artisti: From Painter's Hideaway to Holiday Sanctuary

Drawn by Sanremo's magnificent light and special atmosphere, Constantin Polastri set up his studio in a humble home overlooking the sea. His vision was to create a sanctuary of inspiration, light and joy for his friends and family, away from the hustle and bustle of daily city life. Over several decades, with a lot of love and hard work, he and his artist friends transformed a once simple country house into the splendid villa that it is today. Many careless summers (and warm winters too) were spent here painting, enjoying friends' company and relaxing in the lush Mediterranean garden.

After the painter's death in 2009, his daughter opened the villa to the public, offering a unique holiday experience amidst lush Mediterranean nature and art. Travelers and artists are invited to enjoy the beauty and the tranquility Villa d'Artisti has to offer and keep its spirit alive.

Please note that the prices are for the whole villa, i.e. all three apartments rented together.

    •    Use of bed linen and towels

• 60% prepayment (based on rental price excluding final cleaning) at booking
• 40% paid cash upon arrival
• Final cleaning (€ 250) paid in cash upon arrival
• € 500 safety deposit paid in cash upon arrival, returned prior to departure
